Shipping Policy — Australia & New Zealand

We ship all orders via Australia Post from our Brisbane warehouse, Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays).

🇦🇺 Australia

• Standard Shipping: $10 (Estimated 2–8 business days) 
• Express Shipping: $12.50 (Estimated 1–4 business days) 
• Orders placed before 2:00pm AEST are usually dispatched same day
• Orders placed after 2:00pm or during peak periods may take 1–2 business days to ship

🇳🇿 New Zealand

• Flat Rate Shipping: $15 AUD 
• Estimated delivery: 6–15 business days
• Please note: customs delays may occasionally extend delivery times
